• Large Display : A large graphical display shows all file information, such as keywords (author name), length of dictation, position within the file, and other information at a glance. A backlit display shows all information, even in poor lighting conditions.
• Dictation Features : Editing / overwrite / insert / erase / add dictation.
• Record in DSS Format : The .dss file format is the international standard for professional speech processing. Offering excellent audio quality for recorded voice, .dss files allow a high compression rate, reduced file sizes, network traffic and required storage capacity.
• Docking Station / Cradle : Dock the Digital Pocket Memo LFH-9500 to the USB Docking Station and transfer your dictation files to the PC in seconds. At the same time, the USB Docking Station can be used to recharge the batteries of the Digital Pocket Memo.
• Rechargeable Batteries : The Digital Pocket Memo can be operated with the included rechargeable Philips AAA batteries ( up to 17 hrs of playback ). To recharge these batteries, use the Docking Station, the USB cable or the optional Philips power supply.\

Worklist / Workflow
Due to the familiar folder view, which is similar to Windows Explorer, the time needed to get accustomed to SpeechExec can be kept to a minimum. A configurable work list enables the user to sort, hide and show columns, etc., while the Job status indicator shows whether a dictation is pending, in
progress or finished.

The .dss file format is the international standard for professional speech processing.
