In order to assist our customers, we use Citrix GoToAssist. To initiate
a Technical Support session, Simply
go to www.fastsupport.com, then type in your name and a 9-digit support
key (we'll provide). The Web-support request is then queued for the next
available representative. With your permission, the GoToAssist thin-client
is downloaded to your computer and instantly one of our IT's begins a
remote-support session with you or your staff. For Customers that need help with their products that’s not
purchased from AAADictation, you can purchase a onetime session for $29.95 or a
one year support plan for $99.99. Warranty All
our Pro products are covered for 2 years, The replacement warranty period
starts on the date of purchase and runs through the ending date of the
manufacturer's warranty . If during the warranty period, your covered product
malfunctions for any reason you can send it for repair, click here to print the
Repair Request Form. The warranty doesn't cover Loss of or damage to the unit
due to abuse, mishandling, improper packaging by you, alteration, accident,
electrical current fluctuations, failure to follow operating , without limiting
the foregoing, water damage, sand/corrosion damage, battery leakage, dropping
the unit, scratches, abrasions or damage to the body, LCD display or damage to
the connectors or cables ). Customer can request a similar model loaner for a Refundable Fee while his
unit is in service, customer will be responsible for returning the loaner at
